Best local jeweler in Concord, NC. Superior customer service!
My husband purchased my engagement ring from Ellis Jewelers over 14 years ago. We recently purchased two other rings from individuals, with the intent of using the center stones to make a three stone ring. I went into Ellis Jewelers to inquire about three stone mountings. Dan was immediately called over to walk me through the process of making a new ring. Their prices are very comparable, however their customer service is superior. I will be an Ellis Jewelers customer for life!

great customer service
Being the one chance to get our family together, we had only a few short weeks to plan a wedding that was going to happen on the other side of the country. This limited our budget considerably and we had been looking for quite a while for a wedding set. Ellis Jewelers was very patient and listened to our needs and together we came up with a beautiful wedding set that I was proud to show off to everyone. He showed us how we could upgrade later on down the road without compromising the original set. The large chain stores offered us only two choices-low quality or high prices. We found what we wanted at Ellis.

Local Service is Best!!
My (now) husband and I were shopping for engagement/wedding rings. I found the perfect setting online. My husband wanted to make the purchase local, in case we had any upgrades we wanted to do later. So, off we went to our local mall with a picture of my 'dream' setting in hand. None of the big/commercial/mall jewelry stores were able to make or locate my setting. And they weren't friendly about us bringing in our own center stone. A co-worker told me about Ellis Jewelers so I went in there. The staff was friendly and Mr. Levinson located my 'dream' setting right away. He even had options on the size of side stones and matching wedding band. Bringing in our own center stone was not a problem at Ellis Jewelers. The engagement setting was ready in less than two weeks. Now, that is why we shop locally with Ellis Jewelers.
