Awesome Customer Service
Just have to take a moment to tell everyone how wonderful the service is at your Charlotte location on Tyron St. Your customer service is the BEST!! Alicia fills my order everday, she took the time to really listen when I explained my food allergies. She closely watches each addition to my bake potato to be sure that no other food sources get anywhere near my entry. She changes her gloves to take extra steps to ensure my safety. Her manager is also amazing she greets me each morning and truly has taken the time to know her customers, when I'm down they just brighten my day. My family has been in food service for 30 years and I only wish I had associates that were as caring as those I have had the privledge to know and respect at Just Fresh!!
