These guys go around illegally towing cars. They block people in, they refuse to let anyone move their cars, even if they have not yet been put up on the tow truck, and go about their business in other various, illegal ways. They even fail to write down how much you pay to get your car returned to you so that you can't try to get your money back. These guys should be ashamed of themselves. Do not use them whatever you do!
