WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!
Being somewhat new to the area, I researched which location happened to carry te skin care line I preferred. Upon entering the facility I was treated most unprofessionally by Nancy the owner, but decided to give her a second chance and bought the product anyway. A few months later went back to the store and was treated again, not like any salon had ever treated me. Right off the bat she wanted to know how much I was going to buy before she alotted her time to me. Per Nancy's (the owner) words, she was a very busy woman and didnt have time for any questions about the product. I dont even know how this woman stays in business.
