Bought at the South Blvd. location and paid over 1000 for queen pillow top. It lasted 1 and 1/2 years before the body impression in the middle developed and eventually got worst to the point where I can no longer even attempt to sleep on this bed. Every morning I would try to get out of bed and would feel like I was hit by a bus. A service guy came out (Frank MacDonald) and he told me it was my frames fault. He got on the bed and jumped up and down and said, "see how the frame in the middle is going up and down?" I said, "no the frame is stationary in the middle because of the middle support." He kept saying it was my frame and suggested that I put blocks of wood or some brick under the head and feet parts. I was wondering what good would that do, since the middle of the bed is the problem and I have already seen that the middle is correctly supported. He told me that body impressions are normal. I would expect that after 12 or 15 years, but not after 1 year. So far he has said that there is nothing they can do. I am going to file a BBB report and get Action 9 News with Don Griffin involved if something is not resolved. This has been the biggest waste of 1000 dollars. I now sleep on the guest room mattress which is a cheap Sealy I bought years ago for 400.00. I sleep better on that than on The Original Mattresses Top of the Line Queen pillow top./P
