United Towing damaged my car and refuses to pay to repair it!
In the process of releasing my car, the driver of the United Tow truck completely pulled off the Air Guide Skid Plate part attached to the front bumper of my car with the tow truck tow bar. When I saw that the car was being damaged, I yelled at the driver (through his open window) to stop, but he refused. When I realized he was not going to stop, I photographed the damage taking place. After completely pulling off the part, the driver got out of the truck and told me I would have to contact his company, United Towing, about the situation. After a week of not returning our phone calls, Tim, of United Towing finally called to tell us he would not pay to replace the $150.00 part that they knowingly destroyed. Since the part was ripped from the car, it cannot be re-attached. I have the photographs to prove that United Towing destroyed the Air Guide Skid Plate of my Volvo Station Wagon.
